How We'll Work Together
- A 30-minute chemistry session – to get to know each other, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
- A 90-minute discovery session – where we set intentions, explore what matters to you, and map out your coaching journey.
From there, we’ll meet regularly - at a rhythm that honours both spaciousness and progress. Most sessions are two to three weeks apart, allowing time for real integration between conversations.
You’ll have access to me via email or phone support when things stir up between sessions. And three months after we wrap, we reconnect - because change doesn't end when the coaching package does.
